Works to the existing cottage included the complete re-roofing as well as timber repairs to the roof structure, replacing the existing ground floor structure and providing a new insulated floor, supplying and fixing new bathroom and W.C. suites and a complete new kitchen and decorating throughout.
The new extension comprised of a traditional flintwork gable wall with brick ashlars and a lime rendered finish externally to the other new walls. A traditional cut roof was constructed by our skilled tradesmen and covered with clay pantiles encompassing a dormer window.
