Large Family Home, North Norfolk Coast

The project comprised the restoration of a country farmhouse over three floors into an executive residence. The exterior fabric of the house was totally restored to maintain the existing features. Whilst the new extension incorporated an extensive basement beneath the new kitchen area, a fitness area, sauna, garages, storeroom and plantroom. The services from the external plantroom extended to 14 miles of pipework and cabling. The interior of the house has been finished to the highest of standards incorporating traditional and modern materials. An integrated management system has been installed to monitor all services. Extensive garden landscaping and swimming pool complement the building fabric.
