A new steel frame and curtain walled building, for a new sales floor and mezzanine offices, designed by Malcolm Scott consultants was managed and erected by Fisher•Bullen. The clearance of contaminated soil was also necessary as the site was a former railway siding, and contained a lot of waste oil.
